Cusop Mill Cottage is situated 1.5 miles from Hay on Wye next to the Dulas Brook. The foot path which leads past the cottage joins the Offa’s Dyke Path, Hay Bluff and the Black Mountains. which is ideal for biking and hiking. The Offa’s Dyke path also leads into the small town of Hay-on-Wye, known for its book shops. It is a great centre for walking, biking canoeing and fishing.The perfect place to stay in the Black Mountains and near the Brecon Beacons.

The cottage has been renovated to include a newly built kitchen consisting of an integrated electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Oil-Fired Rayburn, underfloor heating beneath stone slabs on the ground floor, and radiators upstairs.
The kitchen like the rest of the cottage has been recently renovated with modern style yet retains a feel dating back to 1780 when it was originally built with fantastic exposed oak beams, and stone walls and floors, making it a warm, welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Hay..
